hosted by Merseyside Embroiderers’ Guild
Saturday 24th April 2021
We hope you enjoy the day. As this is the first time NW Regional Day has been held online we thought we would explain what will happen. The day is in two parts:
On our MEG website there is a dedicated page, with a drop down menu, titled NW Regional Day 2021. You must register here to take part in all the fun of the day. After you have registered you will find instructions on how to pay. Payment details have changed due to changes within the Embroiderers’ Guild. Payment is now £8 which includes one raffle ticket. Persons who have purchased more that one raffle ticket previously will have them all entered into the draw for Raffle Bags which will take place on Saturday 24th April 2021.
We will send you a password in due course, which will enable you to access the Raffle Page , Trader’s Den and to enter the Aurifil and Rose Bowl competitions. Full Competition Rules and Guidelines are available on the site. Registrations will end on 19th April 2021.
We also have a full Programme of Events on Zoom. The Zoom events include talks from our two inspirational speakers: Linda Miller, the acclaimed Creative Machine Embroidery artist, and Michele Carragher who, among her other attributes, is the Principal Embroiderer for Game of Thrones. She specialises in hand embroidery and surface embellishment.
All this and more for £8!
Registration will open from 24th February 2021 and will close on 19th April 2021. Raffle tickets may only be purchased when you register. So don’t miss your chance to win a fantastic hand-crafted bag complete with exciting stitchery items.
We hope you will join us at the first online NW Regional Day.
