We have contributed an entry to the 2012 Olympic Postcard Project. We were allocated Palestine as our country and June spent a day with us to create a landscape of flowers in the desert, as well as helping the girls to practice a variety of embroidery stitches. A day enjoyed by all.

Earlier in the year we took part in an exhibition in the Coach House Gallery. We had a display of Flower pictures and chiffon flowers for the theme of GARDENS.

At our November meeting we made Father Christmas shoulder bags. Each of the girls had a chance to use the sewing machine to join the bag together , after they had hand sewn the features in place.
